Weaving together Dance Movement and Intuitive Art. We are so excited to invite you to an afternoon (or two or three) of Dance Movement and Intuitive Art, to get out of your head and into your body, to invite your creativity to be felt and played with through your own embodied experience.

 

Dance and Art have been such powerful medicine for both of us on our personal journeys to self awareness and deep healing, and continue to be the modalities that we return to over and over again to process emotions, shift stuck energy, to cultivate safety within our being, to support our nervous system and to fully express whatever arises and needs to move through our body.

 

We are honored and delighted to guide and invite other women into the magic and potency of movement and creativity with this offering.

Express - Sunday 11th December 2022

 

A 3 part series

 

$155 for the whole series or $55 individually (+ booking fee)

 

No dance or art experience is required for this series.  It is an opportunity to explore and express through the body and different art mediums in a safe and nourishing invitational space.
