This lightcode artwork was created to support and rebalance the Root Chakra (Muladhara). The healing aspect of this lightcode is activated and expands every time you gaze at it.
 
Muladhara: Mula meaning root and Adhara meaning support or foundation.
A Balanced root chakra creates a sense of safety in our physical bodies, grounding us, giving us strength and a sense of belonging. You could say that this covers some of the most basic of human needs and survival. When the kundalini rises, it starts at the root, which is where life began, as the root chakra is developed at our conception date and provides the foundation and support to develop the spine and other organs.

My personal journey with this medicine… 
The main signs that led me to understand that my root chakra needed balancing were, fear of stepping forward into something new and pain in my lower back when I wasn't feeling safe in my body on this earth. So when I had the inspiration to create a Chakra balancing & healing light code series, I knew that with each artwork, I would be the first to receive the healing through the high vibrational healing codes of colour and sacred geometry. This has not been the only way I have been worked by this medicine. I've journeyed deeply with my own sense of self worth, peeling back yet more layers of outdated beliefs. I have worked with the energy of crystals and colour therapy and connected with the earth and the present moment. The healing always starts at the root ​
